Superior Street's story started in 1998. Prior to us calling this building our home it was a Nelson Brothers Furniture warehouse—if you take a walk around the building, you can still spot some original graffiti from the workers!

 

From day one we have been committed to our mission of offering clean and affordable rehearsal spaces in Chicago. Over the years we have seen many local bands, comedians, and international touring acts come through our doors and it has been our privilege to foster a community of artists and creatives—both local and just passing through.
